Welcome to Ainsdale Club
OUR SOCIAL
A clubhouse with lounge and sports bar. The lounge has capacity for 85 people.
We serve a wide range of beers, spirits and wines.
In particular we have a full gin menu with a selection of fine wines and craft beers. Food is available under a simple menu. The clubhouse is available for private parties but it is in frequent use.
In addition to our sporting teams and regular social members the club is used for darts, pool (2 tables) and skittles.
Other regular users are the Magic Circle on alternate Mondays, Slimming World on Saturday mornings and Ainsdale Labour Party each month

OUR SPORTS
FOOTBALL
Our football club playing as Southport and Ainsdale Amateurs FC was created in 2012 from a combination of Southport Amateurs, Ainsdale Juniors and Inter Global. The club runs no less than 17 teams both senior and junior. At The Ainsdale Club the footballers continue to develop their facilities and the main pitch now includes dugout and seating. There are also two junior football pitches.
CRICKET
Our cricket club was formed originally in 1911 and has played at the present ground since 1922.
Lots of work has been done during the lockdown period resulting in ground improvements, events organised, the engagement of a tall fast bowling Pakistani professional and a reenergising of the youth section which has encouraged young boys and girls to join us
BOWLS
Our Bowling Club came to the present green from the Railway Hotel Ainsdale in 1977. The bowling club boasts a top class green and over 120 members being the largest club in Southport. Social bowling is enjoyed by all and the mens teams play in the Southport Parks league ; mixed teams play in the Ormskirk, Southport Vets and Westhead leagues. The ladies teams play in the Southport Ladies and Southport ladies Vets leagues.
